Do I have them in my house? Yes, every home has a certain amount of dust mites, but high levels of mites in your carpets and sofas can cause breathing problems and itchy skin.
How do I get rid of them? Vacuum regularly and steam clean your carpet and sofa. Food should not be allowed to fall on carpets.
